The Walkthrough:
Starting with the main menu, in the upper left corner, you'll find: Blocks, Grid, Insights, and Tutorials.
Here's what each one does and why they are there:
Blocks
Blocks is where you see all of your Time Blocks. The past, present, and future all across a selected week. Past Time Blocks are your record. Future Time Blocks are your intention.
Two panels live on either side of the Blocks page.
Open the icon in the upper-left corner. This is the Time Design panel where your Saved Time Blocks live. Things like your morning routine, commute, or gym session. They are preset blocks, created by you, ready to place onto your calendar instead of building new ones from scratch.
On the right, the Data Explorer panel gives you fast insight into the week you're living in. Open it from the icon in the upper-right corner. Inside, you'll find three views: time allocation, energy ratings, and time alignment. All three give you a unique readout on where your time was spent and how it felt.
Grid
The Grid is a living map of your life. It overlays your energy, stories, memories, and context onto each day so you can see patterns, rediscover moments, and understand how you actually lived — not just where you were supposed to be.
You can filter the Grid by timeframe (day, month, year) and by layer including media, reflections, energy, and pillars. Each layer changes what you see. A single day tells you little. Zoom out, and the shape of your life starts to come into focus.
Insights
Insights gives you AI-generated summaries and analytics about your lived experience across a day, a week, a month, or a year. All built from your time, energy ratings, reflections, and media. It's where the life you've been accounting for turns into something you can actually use: what you're spending your time on, how it's affecting you, and where the patterns are.
Tutorials
The Tutorials page holds videos and guides to help you get more out of Existence. Click into any tutorial card to launch it, and come back anytime you want a refresher or want to go deeper on a specific feature.
Assistant
Moving out of the main menu, in the upper right side of the screen your see the Assistant button. This is your own personal AI agent. It understands where your time goes, how it feels, and how you want to spend it.
Ask it anything, from "what's been different about my best weeks?" to specific questions about your own patterns. The more time you account for, the more it has to work with, and the more it can reveal about you.
Profile and Settings
Click the icon in the upper right-hand corner to open your Profile and Settings. From there, a dropdown gives you access to everything related to managing your account.
One last thing
You don't need to know everything right away. As you keep using Existence, you'll learn the system naturally, and build a clearer picture of how to design and account for your time each week.
