The AI Assistant can now help you Design and Account. Don't just ask it questions, ask it to build and add layers to your time.
What the AI Assistant can now do:
Create a time block
Edit, move and delete a block*
Rate a block's energy and save a reflection on it
Tag a block with a pillar, activities, place or people,
Choose which connected calendar a new block goes to. One calendar, it just uses it. Two or more, it asks which one and remembers the answer for the rest of the conversation
Answer basic calendar connection questions if you are having an issue
*Limitations on calendar invites
On both desktop and mobile you can use the microphone voice feature to speak a question or action to the assistant.

Where to find it
On desktop, Existence AI lives in the top right corner of your screen, available from anywhere in the app.
On mobile, you'll find it in the bottom right corner. Tap it any time to open the Assistant.
What you can ask it
Ask it to help you design your week, and it works from your actual patterns, not a generic template. Ask it something specific, like how you're tracking this month on balancing work and family, and it pulls from your real data to answer. Ask it what one change this week would make the biggest impact, and it points you toward something grounded in how you've actually been spending your time — not a guess.
There's no wrong way to start the conversation. The starting prompts on the "How can I help you" screen are just there to get you moving.
It gets smarter the more you use Existence
Existence AI is only as sharp as the record it's working from. As you account for more of your time — recording what happened, how it felt, and what it meant — the Assistant gets to know you more precisely. Energy ratings and Reflections give it dimension a bare calendar never could. The more consistently you account for your time, the more the Assistant has to work with, and the more precisely it can help you close the gap between who you intended to be and who your time actually created.
Insights vs. Existence AI: which one to use when
Insights and Existence AI are both built from the same record — your Time Blocks, energy ratings, and reflections — but they serve different moments in the cycle.
Insights is your dashboard. Open it and you'll see summaries already built for you: how your time was allocated across pillars, your average energy for the period, how many blocks got a reflection, broken down by day, week, month, or year. It's the fastest way to check the pulse of a period without asking anything. Start here when you want a quick read on how a week went, or when you're not sure yet what question you're even trying to answer.
Existence AI is your conversation. Open it when you already have a specific question, or when a number in Insights raises one. If Insights shows your energy dipped hard on Tuesdays, the Assistant is where you ask why, or ask what to change about next Tuesday. It can also cross-reference things Insights doesn't lay out on its own — how a specific person, place, or activity has trended over months, or what your data says about a question only you would think to ask.
A simple way to put it: Insights shows you what happened. Existence AI helps you decide what to do about it.
In the future
We aim to continually evolve and update your AI Assistant. Directionally we are moving to a functionality where it can act as a voice AI agent, speaking to you and asking questions regarding accounting for your time (building blocks, what was your energy, ect).
